GitLab patches CVE-2026-110264, a CVSS 10.0 unauthenticated code-execution flaw in every version since 7.0

The 21 October patch release fixes 12 flaws; the critical one is an integer overflow in a regex compiler, and instances patched on 12 October are affected again.
