OVHcloud CLI releases 0.11.0 to 0.15.0 were swapped for a secret-stealing build on GitHub: what to check and rotate

OVHcloud says a hijacked developer account replaced release binaries for about 94 minutes on 19 October; if you installed or updated the CLI then, rotate every secret on that machine.
