Chapter 1753: The Bad News

"l won't hurt you. Open the door, | don't want to say it a second time," Joyce said coldly.

At the stime, Darrin also drew his own pistol and aimed it at the others.

The leader of the security guards glanced at the rest of his team and nodded slightly. He recognized Joyce and Mr. Warner hadn't

given any explicit orders to prevent Mrs. Warner from entering. If they could stop her, they would, but if they couldn't, there was no

need to push the matter further and risk hurting each other. It would be difficult to explain that to Mr. Warner.

The other security guards dispersed and took a step back.

Joyce put down her gun.

The leader of the security guards pressed a button on a remote control.

The second door opened.

Joyce and Darrin immediately entered the Biochemical Institute. They walked in, surveying their surroundings. This place was

definitely not ordinary; it seemed to be conducting ssecret experiments.

They proceeded into the laboratory, and Joyce stopped a senior female researcher. She asked, "Where is the person in charge?"

The female researcher adjusted her glasses and responded, "Oh, Professor Orik and Professor Jocelyn have already left the institute

for Mufron."

"Mufron? Will they be back?" Darrin asked from the side.

"Of course, they just went there to conduct further experiments. Mufron has more advanced equipment. Do you have anything

important? Otherwise, you can wait for them to return and ask them in person," the female researcher replied.

Darrin furrowed his brow, realizing that all the supervisors were absent.

He exchanged a glance with Joyce, indicating that he would keep an eye on the female researcher.

Joyce searched the room, trying to find out exactly what they were researching. When she cacross information related to

microbial toxins, her heart sank as she read more and more.

She searched through the documents, her mind deep in thought. The strange behavior of Aaron's recent routes and the suspicion

of biological toxins gradually unsettled her.

"Aaron is trying to evade detection, right? It seems like this kind of tactic. What exactly is he planning?" Darrin furrowed his brow

and shook his head.

Suddenly, Joyce called out, "Stop."

Darrin quickly pressed the pause button.

"Here, go back a bit, a bit more." Joyce took control and manually operated the laptop.

She rewound to a suspicious route. "Look here, it seems like Aaron waited here for a long time. This place is remote, with no village

or stores nearby. What was he doing here? And after waiting for a long time, he drove in a completely different direction. Follow up

and find out where he went after that."

"Okay," Darrin responded.

Using satellite positioning, he locked onto the route at that tand began tracing it.

Meanwhile, Mr. Arnold, seeing Joyce and Darrin busy, didn didn't want to disturb them. He prepared srefreshments, brewed a

pot of fine tea, and brought it to them.

Placing the tea tray on the coffee table, Mr. Arnold said, "Mrs. Warner, you've been working hard. Have stea and snacks. You're

pregnant, so take care of yourself."

Joyce looked up from her work, smiling slightly. "Thank you."

Mr. Arnold respectfully withdrew, feeling a deep sense of satisfaction as he observed the diligent mistress of the Warner family. He

admired Joyce's exceptional qualities and abilities, which were evident even in times of crisis.

When Mr. Arnold left, Darrin suddenly paused the laptop screen. "We've found it, this is it," he said, pointing to a location on the

map. "The precise address is here!"

"Quickly zoom in on this address using satellite positioning and see exactly where it is," Joyce said, suddenly feeling nervous. She

had a feeling that things were becoming more complicated.

"Okay," Darrin responded. In just a minute, he locked onto the location. He read the information, "Biochemical Institute, under the

R&S Group. | looked it up, and it's mainly involved in the cultivation of microorganisms, such as beer yeast. It seems that Aaron

didn't go to any strange places."
