"Do you know what kind of life | want?" Matthew raised his voice. "lI want a life with you in it."

It was clearly a blatant confession, and for a moment, | did not know what to do. "Matthew, you mustn't say such

Matthew narrowed his eyes, and his face looked extremely cold.

Theo carriedback to the room and left after he threwon the bed.

After a while, he cback with a steaming cup of water. | stared at him blankly because | could not tell

whether he was angry or not.

From the looks of his grumpy face, | could tell that he was angry. However, even though he was angry, | thought

that it was very cute of him to poura cup o f hot water to warmup.

Theo's eyebrows were furrowed tightly. "Hurry up and drink it. Once you finish it, go to bed."

I smiled and nodded. "Put it down. It's too hot. Ill drink it after it's cooled down a little."

"I can't believe you can still smile after that," Theo said through clenched teeth.

| raised my eyebrows. "Am | not supposed to smile?”

Theo took a deep breath and went to sit down on the sofa. He picked up the files on the coffee table and started

to look through them. It seemed he was not going to answer me.

| got down from the bed with a smile in my eyes and walked over to him. | wormed through his arms and sat on

Theo did not answernor make a move.

I let out a soft hum. "Since you're just going to ignore m e, | guess I'd better get out of your sight."

When | said that, | was about to get off his lap.

Theo threw the files that he was holding and quickly hugged me. "I didn't say that | was going to ignore you."

"But you're doing it right now," | said aggrievedly.

Theo let out a soft sigh. "Every t| see you with him, | can't control my anger. | want to be the only man you

think of and not any other messed up man.”

He kissed my forehead and continued, "I can't just let you be close to a man who has feelings for you. | hope that
