'Domain? ' When Raydon saw the unexpected shock displayed on everyone's faces and heard Thalia's words, he was just as surprised as everyone else.

Raydon's spirit stat was still at 70 when he first used the aura technique, and he noticed that the strength of his aura had increased after increasing it to 100.

'And I believe I am capable of expanding the range of my aura even further. Is this because of my sub-skill? ' Raydon reflected on his black aura, which had now filled the entire room.

He reasoned that it must be due to his sub-skill because a mere increase of 30 points in his spirit stat wouldn't have that much of an impact on its overall effectiveness.

-Aura of Dominion (sub-skill) : Increases the user's skill effects by 100% on all targets within a 1,000-meter radius.

When Raydon first read the description of this sub-skill, he mistakenly believed that it was only useful for item skills. However, it turned out that it was a good match for his aura technique.

'Even though it has a wider range, it looks like it still does not do much damage. ' Raydon pondered as he realized that his aura had done nothing but cause damage to the things around him and, interestingly enough, hadn't harmed anyone other than Seren and Elara's pride, who had been caught off guard by the event and lost their chairs.

'And what skill are they using? They did not even chant the skill's name. ' Raydon looked at Cael and the others, wondering what kind of skill they were using, as different kinds of power manifested all around them and effortlessly blocked his aura.

Although Raydon was confident that his aura wouldn't hurt them even if it touched them, he was intrigued to see that each of them had defensive skills that appeared on their own without them having to do anything.

Raydon then turned to face Tika to see how she was faring, and when he saw the predicament Tika was in, he understood that this technique wasn't entirely useless.

It appeared as though Tika was only using her physical body to put up a fight against the force that was exerting itself on her. Tika didn't appear to be in a difficult situation, but despite this, she had a frown on her face to go along with her shocked expression, and despite the fact that she didn't appear to be suffering any serious injuries, the black wave that rushed into her body seemed to bother her quite a bit.

''No, it's obviously not a domain. ''

As he considered the scope and power of his aura technique, Raydon turned to Cael at the sound of his voice.

''Without a doubt. Unless he's a high-rank item holder. '' Zephyr looked at Raydon with an uncomfortable grin on his face.

''What is the domain? '' Raydon decided to inquire because he was unable to understand what they were saying.

"So you don't know what a domain is. That's to be expected. '' Zephyr let out a sigh of relief when he realized that Raydon had no knowledge whatsoever regarding a domain.

''Domain is a power that can only be held by high-rank item holders. They can alter and change all the laws in a specific area around them by using the elements they possess and have mastered to create a battlefield. '' Zephyr began to explain as he observed the surrounding black wave return gradually to Raydon's body.

''Your technique resembles this phenomenon in many ways. It appears that you possess the death element, correct? '' Zephyr asked inquisitively.

Raydon nodded, thinking to himself, 'It's not completely wrong. '

His element was actually a hybrid element consisting of fire and death, but it seems as though everyone thought he only had the death element, so he didn't feel the need to correct anyone's misconceptions about him having only the death element.

Zephyr continued in a hearty tone after seeing that Raydon had nodded his head. ''It is extremely incredible that you are using a very rare element, and it is even more incredible that you appear to be able to make use of this element easily without the assistance of any skill.

Obviously, yours wasn't powerful enough to create a battleground, as we can't even call it a domain, but it's astounding that you even possess this level of elemental control. I can honestly say, this is the first time I have ever encountered a technique that is capable of replicating a domain with this level of accuracy. ''

Without masking the impressed look on his face or the tone of his voice, Zephyr attempted to explain it to him in detail.

'I'm curious what a domain looks like. ' Raydon couldn't stop himself from thinking.

He also realized that the aura technique he was employing had greater potential beyond its current manifestation. He understood that as he further increased his spirit stat, it would yield different effects and unleash even more remarkable powers. However, upon learning that this phenomenon was referred to as a "domain" in this world, he couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement coursing through him.

'I wonder how many spirit stats I need to create a domain? ' Raydon pondered.

He didn't give much thought to the element control that Zephyr also mentioned because he realized that as he increased his spirit stat, his element control increased even more, and on top of that, the additional sub-skills he received indirectly increased his elemental power.

"But it made me even more confused now. '' With Raydon lost in thought, Zephyr scrutinized him carefully and said it with a scowl. ''This technique is well beyond the level of a mid-tier. I even think this is a s… ''

Cael cut Zephyr off before he could finish his sentence and said. "Now that we know he taught you a high-tier technique, there's no reason to talk about how valuable you are to him. ''

Zephyr frowned and cast a sidelong glance at his brother, but when he saw his peculiar expression, he decided to keep quiet this time.
