Chapter 53: Soul Arts Master (Moxar 4)

Moxar, as he stood there, within the cave as the goblins slowly inched closer and tightened the formation around him. Moxar was only about 30% of the way through the seal by his estimations. He had no idea how he knew this number, he just simply felt like it was right.

As he threw more power into the void hole within, he realized that the seal was slowly breaking up faster and faster, like the hole was gradually getting used to it and adapting so it could accept more.

As he felt the spell loosening at an even faster pace, Moxar realized he needed to buy at least a little bit of time. Moxar struggled through the paralysis and said aloud,"I will be no slave. Chief Snik has forced all of you to beg for scraps while he stays within this cave with so much he could never finish it all. The only reason he wants me dead is because I refused to be his slave!"

The goblins surrounding him suddenly paused. Many of the goblins in the cave at this moment had no idea that the chief was turning the other goblins into slaves.

Seeing that his words had an effect, and that the formation stopped shrinking, Moxar secretly breathed a sigh of relief. "42%" he thought to himself.

Moxar, wasting no time, quickly called out through the fading paralysis,"Goblins who have not awakened, be warned, if you don't wish to be a slave to the goblin chief, you must kill him! Even now, I bet most of you don't even know that before promotion we are called "Student-Slaves"!."

The un-awakened goblins eyes suddenly widened and they all stared at the chief who was once again sitting on his rock throne, while being attended to for his hand.

The chief scoffed and said,"What do you know?! I gave you a chance to come under me and become glorious! It was you who attacked first! Why would I, the great goblin chief Snik. ever do something so unnecessary?!"

Moxar frowned and replied angrily,"I attacked first? Are you out of your mind? You just had over 10 goblin warriors surround me in a hunting formation! You are a gutless coward of a chief!"

Managing to break free of the seal more and more, Moxar slowly lifted his hand under the shock of the chief! Snik bellowed out,"What?! How can you move?! Why is my slave seal not-" before he could even consider the consequences of his words, he said this with great shock and a loud voice of surprise.

Moxar smiled and yelled,"There it is!! You heard him say 'slave seal' did you not?! This is how he controls everything! He manipulated his subordinates and trapped them in a hell they could not possibly escape from!" As the percentage reached 80%, Moxar slowly and a little painfully took a step forwards towards the king!

The goblins that were not awakened looked around at the other awakened goblins, and began to inquire with them if this was true. The warriors gave the chief a nervous look, but seeing that Moxar was seemingly not affected by the seal, gave a positive answer to the question. Ironically, the chief had 'sealed' his own fate by becoming too angry and blurting out his secret!

The goblins that were standing around Moxar suddenly shifted every single pair of eyes from Moxar, and they were all now staring hungrily at Snik.

Snik suddenly felt a looming danger when all of the goblins looked at him. Snik instantly understood that Moxar had managed to turn them on himself!

Moxar paused his struggling forward movement, and laughed out loud, scaring the goblins around him and making Sniks face turn ashen with freight. Snik could feel it, the power that was slowly revealing itself from Moxars body, and it gave off an angry and oppressive feeling! Snik had never been this frightened by an enemy before and he had single handedly defeated an uncommon rank beast!

Moxar, fueled by his passion to eliminate the scumbag named Snik, roared mightily!

Moxar reveled in his victory and after a few seconds of letting his new power flow out unrestrained, Moxar once again glared at Snik. He was now no longer hindered by the seal, and before anyone in the room could even realize, he was standing behind Snik.

Snik whipped around, only to be punched in the gut and sent flying across the room. Snik coughed up copious amounts of green blood, as he weakly attempted to stand up with the support of the wall.

Moxar, still thinking about his Soul Arts potential, decided to try out one of the first things he had developed inside his imaginary world, similar to the ghost flash technique.

Moxar appeared about 10 feet away from Snik. Moxar bent down in a crouching position as he made multiple shapes with his two hands.

Jay, who was watching on, didn't know which technique the goblin was going to use, and so anxiously waited!

After about 4 seconds of various hand signals, Moxar slammed both his hands into the ground and yelled,"Tearing Earth Turning Palm!"

Suddenly the ground underneath Snik quickly overturned and started to suck Snik downwards into the ground! Snik started to cry and begged loudly,"Please! NO! Don't Kill me!"

Moxar glared at him for a second as the earth continued to swallow Snik, and repeated once more,"I will be no slave. Not in this life, nor the next!" Moxar then raised his hand into the sky, and then slammed into the ground once more! Before the former chief was sucked underneath completely, he added,"My name is Moxar! Soul Arts Master!"

Snik, despite pleading for his life, was sucked down underneath the ground.
